This role focuses on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and delivering high‑impact HR solutions.
Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities
Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance on performance management
Support organisational change, workforce planning and talent development
Drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
Provide HR insights and analytics to inform decision‑making
Collaborate with Recruitment, HR Operations and Reward to deliver integrated HR support
Strong HR background in a business partnering or advisory role within a large or complex organisation
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong relationships
Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Experience in organisational development, change management and talent management
Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving skills
Analytical mindset with experience using HR data to guide decisions
Sector experience in construction, engineering or project‑based environments is an advantage
Degree in HR, Business or related field essential
