Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders and play an important role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth, development and transformation.

The Role

Working across a broad and varied remit, you will:

  • Partner with senior leaders to align people priorities with wider business objectives.
  • Coach and advise leaders across organisational effectiveness, leadership and team development.

  • Lead and support organisational design, change and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with the business on performance, talent development, capability and retention.
  • Provide expert guidance across complex employee relations matters.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive and high-performing organisational culture.
  • Use people data and insights to identify trends and influence business decisions.
  • Support leaders and teams through periods of change, growth and organisational evolution.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation and best practice.
About You

We are particularly interested in speaking with HR professionals who bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience within HR Business Partnering or a comparable strategic HR role.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the wider business agenda.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and employee relations.

  • Experience across talent, performance, workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
  • Excellent coaching, communication and relationship-building capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to support decision-making.
  • A relevant degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
