Job summary

Advance TRS is recruiting a Health & Safety Manager for a major €265m infrastructure project at Dublin Airport. You will lead the H&S team, provide professional advice across design and construction, and embed safe working practices within a live airport environment.

Essential requirements include 10+ years in construction health and safety management, 3+ years in an airside setting, NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH membership, and legal right to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction health and safety management experience.
• 3+ years working in an airside environment.
• NEBOSH Diploma or IOSH membership as listed in the specification.
• Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
• Willingness to complete five-year background screening.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project health, safety and wellbeing strategies and improvement plans.
• Lead and support the project H&S team and promote professional development.
• Support PSDP and PSCS duties across design and construction phases.
• Develop the construction-stage Safety and Health Plan and safe systems of work.
• Establish inspection and audit programmes; monitor performance and report findings.
• Lead incident investigations and translate lessons into improvements.
• Coordinate training, competency standards, workforce consultation and safety engagement.
• Support emergency planning and assess H&S competence across the supply chain.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and airport stakeholders.
