Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Transformation or a related role.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technology implementations, systems enhancements or process improvement projects.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user acceptance testing.
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation initiatives would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Reviewing existing processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Developing process maps, user stories and functional requirements.
