Job summary

Diligent is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join GTM Operations (EMEA/APAC). You will partner with the VP of Sales to align Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partnerships, shaping a scalable commercial strategy that drives revenue growth.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach and Snowflake, and a track record of cross-functional impact are essential. This hybrid role requires collaboration across regions, with a focus on forecasting discipline, pipeline health, and process

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations.
• Experience partnering with CROs, CFOs, and exec leadership to design multi-year commercial plans.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools.
• Strong analytical skills with forecasting, funnel metrics, velocity, and retention KPIs.
• Proven success improving sales productivity and supporting customer success initiatives.
• Experience designing scalable sales methodologies for B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Finance to develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for Commercial leaders.
• Develop segmentation models and sales coverage aligned to growth objectives.
• Drive a data-driven forecast cadence across theatres and segments.
• Leverage AI within the data stack to enhance forecast accuracy and automate reporting.
• Build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into pipeline health and revenue forecasting.
• Lead territory design and optimize GTM approaches based on performance data.
