Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Cork, Ireland, seeks an experienced Group Credit Controller to join the finance team, reporting to the CFO. This senior role carries ownership of credit control and cash collection across the Group and leads a small team.

You will drive debtor ageing, DSO, forecasting, bad debt reporting, and collaborate with sales, aftersales and finance to improve processes and controls across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit control experience.
• Previous team leadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the full credit control cycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Excel and systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide credit control and collections.
• Credit risk, limits and escalations.
• Lead and develop a two-person team.
• Debtor ageing, DSO and cash-flow forecasting.
• Bad debt and month-end reporting.
• Work closely with sales, aftersales and finance.
• Improve credit processes and controls across the Group.
