Qualifications

• Must have proven group reporting experience in a plc or listed environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and audit expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the integrity and delivery of all external financial reporting
• Lead the preparation of annual and interim results, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Drive a robust, high-quality reporting and control environment
• Partner with senior stakeholders, providing insight and assurance
• Manage audit relationships and support complex accounting matters
• Shape the Group's financial narrative and external disclosures
• Drive high standards across governance, risk and controls
• Develop and coach a high-performing team
