Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Ireland is seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead the finance function and partner with the CFO on strategic growth. You will own group accounting, reporting, controls, and audit, while developing a high-performing finance team in a predominantly onsite environment.

Reporting to the CFO and collaborating with operations, you will drive process improvements, strengthen financial systems, and support key business decisions with robust financial insight and governance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 8 years PQE.
• Strong financial reporting and control experience in a group setting.
• Manufacturing experience is essential.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead group accounting, reporting and financial control activities.
• Own month-end, year-end and external audit processes.
• Drive improvements across finance systems, processes and controls.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and operations.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Support strategic projects and wider business initiatives.
