Job summary

Barden | B Corp in West Dublin seeks a Financial Controller to own day-to-day controllership as the business scales, driving robust financial discipline and strategic insight.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead month-end close, statutory reporting, Irish tax compliance and internal controls, while managing a small finance team through a period of meaningful change and partnering with operations and IT. This is a newly created, pivotal role at the heart of the Finance function.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least 4 years PQE.
• Experience with Irish tax compliance.
• Experience leading a small finance team, in practice or industry.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP advantageous); advanced Excel and Power BI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end month-end close process and board pack delivery.
• Lead statutory reporting and manage external audit end-to-end.
• Take ownership of Irish tax compliance (VAT, Intrastat, VIES, CT).
• Supervise AP/AR, cash forecasting, treasury and FX management.
