Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. in Ireland seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and HRBPs on performance management and employee relations while conducting investigations as needed.

You will drive consistent global ER processes and collaborate with the Global Employment Law team to improve the employee experience with empathy and rigor. You will lead investigations, ensure data integrity in the ER case system, support trainings, and coordinate cross-functional HR projects such as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ER experience handling performance improvement and investigations.
• Bachelor's degree with employment law experience or advanced certification preferred.
• Strong investigation and root-cause analysis skills mandatory.
• Knowledge of HR programs and employment laws essential.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers through performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Lead investigations with Global Employment Law team.
• Oversee ER case management for global consistency and data integrity.
• Support implementation of consistent global ER processes and trainings.
• Partner with HRBPs and Global Employment Law to drive consistent performance management initiatives.
• Provide HR policy and process coaching to HRBPs and managers.
• Drive cross-functional projects such as performance cycles, compensation planning, talent reviews, and workforce reductions.
• Identify and lead learning and development initiatives and provide DIBs insights.
