Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to partner with the ER/People Experience team and leadership across Ireland and multi-jurisdictional offices. The role leads investigations from start to finish, balancing commercial risk with employee experience while upholding regulatory standards.

You will advise on performance management, discipline, and policy compliance, supported by a matrixed, collaborative People & Culture function and exposure to multi-country employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CIPD qualification preferred or in progress.
• 7+ years' experience in Employee Relations/HR in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations end-to-end across multiple service lines.
• Lead investigations and produce clear, concise reports and updates.
• Advise on performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters.
