Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International to grow our EU presence and test opportunities in other strategic markets. You will own regional marketing strategy, prioritize markets and audiences, and drive qualified leads to bring new customers onto our platform.

You'll partner with sales and global teams to adapt messaging, run regional campaigns, and build a credible local presence across Europe, APAC, and LATAM when appropriate. Fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries and testing opportunities in new markets.
• Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships, or other regional programs.
• Strong analytical skills using CRM and analytics to understand funnel performance.
• Proven ability to align sales and marketing around shared priorities.
• Proactive experimentation with data-driven direction.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to explain results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Set regional priorities: Own the international marketing plan with strategy and sales input.
• Test new markets: Create fast, cost-effective tests to gauge demand in additional regions.
• Coordinate campaigns: Brief global owners, align on regional priorities, drive execution.
• Shape local messaging: Adapt campaigns and content for international buyers.
• Drive localization: Prioritize languages, pages, and regional content.
• Run regional programs: Plan webinars, partnerships, conferences, and events.
• Partner with sales: Align campaigns with regional sales priorities and feedback.
• Own regional results: Report on leads and signups and inform scaling decisions.
