Job summary

Tremendous is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager, International to drive regional marketing strategy across Europe and beyond. You will decide markets, audiences, and programs to generate qualified leads, partnering with sales and global marketing teams to tailor campaigns for local audiences.

You will run programs like webinars, partnerships, and events, guiding localization, messaging, and performance across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience.
• Experience tailoring marketing strategies to individual countries and testing opportunities in new markets.
• Strong understanding of paid media, organic acquisition, and lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience running webinars, events, partnerships, or other regional marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using CRM and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Set regional priorities: Own the international marketing plan, partnering with sales and strategy to identify markets, audiences, and programs.
• Test new markets: Develop fast, cost-effective tests to assess demand in additional markets across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
• Coordinate campaigns: Brief global paid, organic, and lifecycle owners on regional priorities and guide execution.
• Shape local messaging: Adapt campaigns, creative, and content for international buyers based on market insights.
• Drive localization: Prioritize languages, webpages, and content for a credible local presence.
• Run regional programs: Plan and execute webinars, partnerships, conferences, and other region-specific programs.
• Partner with sales: Align campaigns with regional sales priorities and feedback on lead quality.
• Own regional results: Report on qualified leads and signups against targets with pipeline visibility.
