Job summary

Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA Commercial team, focusing on the Entrepreneur and SMB segment. Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, data integrations (REST, webhooks, ecommerce/marketing platforms).
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent customer-facing communication; able to run live demos.
• Experience selling to commercial customers; capable of practical solution design.
• Bias toward action in fast-moving sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification through to close with Account Executives.
• Run focused technical discovery to understand goals, current stack, data flows and constraints.
• Design solution architectures leveraging Klaviyo APIs and integrations to meet customer needs.
• Deliver tailored demos and presentations to business and technical audiences.
• Scope and lead proofs of concept with clear success criteria; keep deals on track.
• Provide strategic input to stay ahead of competitive landscape and market needs.
