Job summary

Great National Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy front office department at senior level.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, manage rostering and revenue initiatives, and ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in front office operations, ideally at supervisory or managerial level.

Responsibilities

• Strive for excellence in guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and anticipating needs.
• Meet guests' requests at all times with excellent service while maximizing revenue.
• Address guest concerns promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Achieve rate adherence and upsell targets while ensuring a memorable guest journey.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the department team to raise skills and professionalism.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and improvement.
• Participate in weekly HOD meetings and prepare action plans and reports.
• Complete annual appraisals and career progression plans with team members.
• Analyse guest satisfaction data to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage resource needs and rostering through Alkimii.
