Job summary

Origina is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, turn financial data into actionable insights and support executive decision making.

Based in Ireland with hybrid working, you will own KPI design, performance analysis and board reporting, leveraging advanced Excel, BI tools and AI-assisted analytics to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent professional finance qualification.
• Experience in international or multi-entity organisations.
• Experience in technology, software or high-growth businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes with governance and inputs from leaders.
• Own long-range planning and scenario modelling to align priorities with strategy.
• Develop and maintain financial models and KPI framework with clear ownership.
• Provide executive and board reporting with concise narratives and insights.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed disciplined, value-adding spending.
