Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance or FP&A.
• Experience in a complex organisation with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior finance partner to business leaders, providing commercial and strategic financial support.
• Challenge business opportunities and investment decisions from a risk and return perspective.
• Take ownership of financial performance across key business areas.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and longer-term business planning.
• Identify performance gaps and work with senior stakeholders to develop corrective actions.
• Provide high-quality financial analysis and insight to support strategic and commercial decisions.
• Present financial performance, recommendations and key issues to senior leadership.
• Work across Finance to ensure a joined-up approach between Business Partnering, FP&A and Financial Reporting.
