ICON Clinical Research in Dublin is seeking a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis on a global scale. This senior role serves as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring financial governance, analytical rigor, and alignment with strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess significant FP&A leadership experience in a multinational environment and a strong understanding of SOX compliance and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant senior FP&A leadership experience within a large-scale, publicly listed multinational organization.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams, Boards, and investor-facing functions.
• Proven experience supporting M&A activities, including financial due diligence and valuation analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global annual budget and long-range planning processes.
• Serve as finance lead for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment activities.
• Provide financial insight and challenge for operational decision-making.
