Job summary

Elevate Partners is partnering with a well‑established energy organisation to appoint an FP&A Analyst. The role blends financial modelling, forecasting, performance analysis and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement.

It offers exposure to senior management, ownership of budgeting cycles, and powerful financial insights to influence decision‑making. The position supports hybrid working, with on‑site collaboration and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong numerical and problem‑solving skills are essential.
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes.
• Partner with business units to understand drivers and support decision‑making.
• Analyze monthly performance with variance analysis and prepare stakeholder presentations.
• Develop finance models, dashboards and tools to improve visibility and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across FP&A processes.
