Darwin Hawkins is seeking an FP&A Director for a hybrid role in Dublin, reporting into the Group CFO. This is a newly created leadership position designed to shape strategic financial planning and support expansion initiatives across international operations.

The successful candidate will lead long-term financial planning, develop robust models for investments and align budgeting with growth priorities, while partnering with senior leadership to drive value creation and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Big 4/top 10 trained with strong technical and analytical foundation
• Experience in Group Finance, FP&A, Commercial or Corporate Finance in large corporate environments
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial information into actionable insights
• Forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, scenario modelling
• Excellent stakeholder management to influence senior leadership teams

Responsabilités

• Lead long-term financial planning aligned to growth objectives and investment priorities
• Own budgeting, forecasting and rolling reforecasting
• Develop sophisticated financial models for future events and investments
• Provide analysis of performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives for executive decisions
• Support investment decisions with robust modelling and business case development
• Deliver board-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with operational leadership to drive performance and informed decision-making
• Enhance FP&A processes and planning capabilities as the business grows
