Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to shape and manage the global forecasting and planning process. You will work with senior finance leaders, lead a small team of analysts, and drive modernization of financial systems and controls.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across IT, People and Finance to implement solutions and improve planning accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The role offers flexible working options globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, or economics.
• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Expert in financial modelling and Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort with new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Build forecasting and planning models; partner with IT, People, & Finance teams.
• Lead AI automation initiatives across FP&A.
