Job summary

Yomali is seeking an FP&A Specialist to design and build a new forecasting function from the ground up, starting with our HelpGrid, BuyGoods and MaxWeb businesses. You will own the forecasting model, automate reporting, and ensure the leadership team understands and trusts the forecast.

You’ll work directly with the Group CFO and finance leaders, building a scalable, repeatable process. This fully remote role offers autonomy and a chance to shape the Group’s financial planning culture.

Qualifications

• Significant, senior-level FP&A experience with building forecasting capability from scratch.
• Comfortable owning forecast-vs-actual conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central forecasting is a strong plus; adaptable to other ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the forecasting tool in Dynamics 365 BC for HelpGrid, BuyGoods and MaxWeb.
• Create and automate reporting, turning revenue/cost data into forecast-vs-actual visuals.
• Own the accountability loop so leaders understand and back forecasts.
• Evolve the model to scale with the business as it grows.
• Collaborate directly with the Group CFO, financial controllers and business unit leaders.
