Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to partner with our largest customers. You’ll guide deployments, prove value in evaluations, and drive measurable outcomes with Fin across the customer journey.

This high-ownership role partners with Sales, Success, and R&D to fuse field insights into the product roadmap, sharpen playbooks, and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients in a fast-evolving AI era.

Qualifications

• No minimum years required; focus on impact and potential.
• Strong customer obsession and bias for action to solve real problems.
• Ability to pitch to executives and engage with engineers at technical depth.
• Fluent with modern tech stacks, APIs, SaaS infrastructure, and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Pitch and demo Fin, scope the solution, configure it, and unblock obstacles.
• Be the AI expert in the room and communicate value clearly.
• Partner with Sales, Success, and R&D to deliver cohesive deployments.
• Provide field-derived input to shape the product roadmap.
