Fin, now part of Salesforce, is redefining customer experiences with AI-enabled agent technology. The Forward Deployed Product Manager will work directly with major clients to prove value, deploy Fin in live environments, and expand capabilities, driving measurable outcomes and product feedback.

This highly visible role blends strategy and hands-on execution, requiring curiosity, resilience, and a love of solving complex, real‑world problems in a rapidly evolving SaaS setting.

Qualifications

• No minimum years required; impact, drive and potential matter.
• Customer obsession with deep empathy and bias for action.
• Ability to pitch to executives and dive into technical details.
• Talk to engineers about APIs, SaaS, LLMs and low‑code tooling.
• Use data to justify deployments and roadmap bets.
• Navigate cross‑functional boundaries to align teams.
• Remain highly organized while deploying multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin.
• Run the full arc yourself: pitch, scope, configure, and unblock deployment.
• Be the AI expert in the room to maximize customer value.
• Partner with Sales, Success, and R&D as one team.
• Turn field learnings into product input for the roadmap.
• Build deployment playbooks to accelerate future deployments.
• Help define Forward Deployed PM at Fin.
