Job summary
Fruition Group Ireland seeks an experienced Lead Systems Analyst to join its EMEA technology team in Dublin. The role bridges regional commercial requirements with global technology, shaping systems used by field-sales teams and driving Salesforce-based solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT business analysis experience in Sales/Go-to-Market functions.
- Hands-on experience configuring and administering Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or similar retail-execution platform.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, data modelling, and analytics.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating commercial needs into technical specs.
- Strong knowledge of API integrations and data movement between field apps and central systems.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Order management platforms.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in CS/IT/Business Systems or related field.
- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or similar tools (SAP C4C/ Oracle CX/SAP) is a plus.
- Experience in FMCG/CPG sectors; strong understanding of field-sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Bridge between regional commercial needs and global tech teams.
- Design, optimise, and support systems used by field-sales functions.
- Support development of the sales technology ecosystem (retail execution, route planning, customer data, analytics).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and apply Salesforce expertise to business problems.
- Drive improvements in data quality, integrations, and analytics across platforms.
