Job summary

Fruition Group Ireland is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with a strong FMCG/consumer goods background to lead analysis, configuration and implementation of enterprise CRM and sales platforms. The role focuses on aligning technology solutions with commercial and operational needs.

You will drive requirements, implement CRM configurations, and collaborate with architects, vendors and stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and transformations in a senior capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring, implementing and enhancing enterprise CRM or sales systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as SAP Sales Cloud, Oracle CX Sales or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and systems analysis across CRM, sales and consumer goods tech platforms.
• Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into specs.
• Configure, implement and enhance enterprise business applications.
• Collaborate with architects and vendors to deliver improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through technology and automation.
• Support end-to-end system implementations including testing and deployment.
• Act as liaison between business and IT ensuring solutions meet requirements.
• Provide senior guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
