You will manage subcontractors, drive preventive maintenance, optimise CAFM activities, and report to the Operations Director while developing client relationships and exploring opportunities for self-delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven facility management experience.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.
• Working knowledge of CAFM systems, e.g. Concept.

Responsabilités

• Overall management of FM hard and soft services on multi-site, national contracts.
• Manage contract budgets and ensure costings are accurate and timely.
• Oversee subcontractors, service providers and specialists.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and complies with statutory obligations.
• Maintain 100% compliance with statutory maintenance and drive CAFM activity for scheduling and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and identify opportunities for self-delivery.
• Support site mobilisation, client liaison and KPI/SLA attainment.
