Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to oversee service delivery for a major facilities management operation in Ireland. You will drive performance, manage budgets and advise on commercial outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires proven FM contract management experience, stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of leading operational teams to deliver high standards of service, safety compliance, and value.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or senior operational role in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of hard and/or soft FM service delivery.
• Experience managing client relationships, operational teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of facilities management services ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, support and develop operational teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Monitor contract performance and identify improvement opportunities with effective solutions.
• Manage budgets, costs and financial performance to achieve commercial objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Oversee subcontractors and supply chain partners to maintain quality and value.
• Prepare performance reports and present updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen client satisfaction.
