Zusammenfassung

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting an FM Contracts Manager to oversee hard and soft services on multi-site national contracts in Ireland. You will manage budgets, supervise subcontractors, and drive preventive maintenance in line with statutory requirements.

Reporting to the OCS Operations Director, you will build strong client relationships, deliver monthly reports, and lead continuous improvements. The role is on-site in Dublin with a contributory pension, generous annual leave, birthday leave and

Qualifikationen

Relevant Advanced/Higher Certificate (required).
Proven experience in facilities management.
Working knowledge of CAFM systems such as Concept.

Aufgaben

Oversee FM hard and soft services on multi-site national contracts.
Manage contract budgets and costings, ensure timely submissions.
Liaise with sub-contractors, service providers and consultants.
Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and compliant with statutory obligations.
Produce monthly reports and ensure KPI/SLAs are met.
