Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an Account Manager for Technical Services to lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland. Location-based role focusing on service excellence and strong client relationships.

The candidate will manage budgets, forecast, and drive P&L performance while leading engineering and facilities teams to deliver high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services, engineering, or integrated facilities management contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management, and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L.
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and grow client accounts.
• Qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline is desirable, along with professional memberships or HSE qualifications such as IWFM, IOSH, CIBSE, IET, or NEBOSH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations, and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.
