Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a multi-site portfolio in the West and South of Ireland, based in Limerick.

You will manage technical services, engineering teams and key client relationships, drive operational excellence, budgets and P&L, and develop a high-performing operations culture while mobilising contracts and capital projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing technical services or FM contracts.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM, asset management and maintenance strategies.
• Experience managing large operational teams and senior client relationships.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across a multi-site portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across engineering and facilities operations.
• Manage account budgets, forecasting, P&L performance and identify opportunities for contract growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop operational management teams, creating a high-performing culture.
• Support contract mobilisations, service transformations and capital projects while driving innovation and best practice.
