Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to lead day-to-day field and laboratory operations across the Next Generation Ticketing Managed Service. The role covers coordinating maintenance, supervising stock and equipment, and directing Field Technicians and Laboratory Technicians while maintaining operational continuity when the Field Operations Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Senior day-to-day operational lead across Field Service and Laboratory functions.
• Ability to supervise stock, spare parts, replacement equipment and tools.
• Capability to provide hands-on technical support during complex incidents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch maintenance work across Field and Laboratory teams to meet service levels.
• Oversee stock, asset records and custody, ensuring accurate traceability and reconciliation.
• Provide leadership to Field Technicians and Laboratory Technicians, escalating risks as needed.
