The role is based in Dublin 2, offering a 37.5-hour week (Mon-Fri) and a focus on safety, quality systems, and project management within a dynamic facilities team.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years experience leading facilities teams.
• Experience implementing quality systems and documentation.
• Strong health and safety knowledge with COSHH and IOSH training.
• Ability to manage cleaning-related projects end-to-end.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Soft Services operations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs and drive improvements.
• Manage projects and budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop teams, recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Ensure RAMS and PPE compliance and safety training.
• Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports.
• Oversee procurement and contractor management.
