Job summary

Flexport, based in Dublin, is seeking an Account Executive to build a new enterprise market in Ireland. You will own high-value deals, lead executive-level discovery, and shape go-to-market strategy for the Polish/Irish territory from the ground up.

As part of the founding commercial team, you will orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated Flexport solutions, drive revenue growth and establish long-term strategic partnerships with large customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with quota attainment.
• Proven ability to close large, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles.
• Strong executive presence to influence senior decision-makers.
• Advanced discovery, negotiation and value-based selling skills.
• High autonomy, strategic thinking and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own and close high-value, complex enterprise opportunities with quotas.
• Build strategic pipeline via self-prospecting, account planning and SDR partnership.
• Identify whitespace, expansion potential and multi-entity opportunities in target accounts.
• Lead stakeholder mapping, deal governance and close plans in SFDC.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, value-driven Flexport solutions.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and non-standard deal structures.
