Job summary

Adecco has partnered with a leading global financial services firm to recruit a Senior Manager, Software Engineering for the Core Custody team in Dublin 24. This hybrid role focuses on delivering scalable, secure cloud-based solutions while guiding a high-performance engineering group.

You will translate strategy into backlogs, work with product owners and architects, and ensure best practices across frontend and backend services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience leading software engineering teams.
Background in frontend and backend services.
Strong knowledge of microservices and cloud deployments.
Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and test automation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers.

Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of Core Custody applications and engineering teams.
Translate vision into prioritized backlogs and deliverables.
