Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Software Engineer - Advisory Suite based in Ireland. You will build and scale proprietary services for advisory products, spanning portfolio management, block trading, and retirement accounts. The role offers significant architectural ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work on frontend and backend systems, databases, and distributed architectures, shaping performance and reliability for millions of brokerage accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven professional software engineering experience within trading or exchange environments (OMS/EMS or similar).
• Strong senior-level ability to own complex technical problems and system design.
• Experience with distributed, high-throughput systems and low-latency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and build proprietary services for advisory products (portfolio management, block trading, retirement accounts).
• Develop robust software across frontend, backend, databases, and distributed systems.
• Make critical architectural decisions around scalability, availability, and maintainability.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput systems for demanding financial workloads.
• Contribute to code quality and reliability while owning performance.
• Collaborate in a small, highly technical team with broad ownership.
