Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Applications Development or systems analysis with a leadership track record.
• Deep expertise in full‑stack development across backend and frontend.
• Backend Java proficiency with Spring Boot.
• Experience designing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Frontend practice with React or Angular.
• Proven experience with Kafka for real‑time data pipelines.
• Hands‑on Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of complex, scalable full‑stack applications.
• Mentor mid‑level developers and coordinate a high‑performing team.
• Develop and maintain backend services and modern UIs.
