Job summary

Hero Recruitment in Dublin is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead a portfolio of applications and engineering teams delivering secure, scalable cloud-based solutions for institutional systems.

You will partner with product and architecture, hire and mentor talent, and foster modern DevOps practices with CI/CD and IaC. Hybrid working is currently in place.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with scalable, secure web applications.
• 5+ years of managing engineering teams, including remote associates.
• Strong grounding in microservices, cloud deployment and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, containerization).
• Track record of hiring, mentoring and retaining top engineering talent.
