Mento is seeking a senior engineering leader with over 15 years of experience to provide coaching to its members through a fully remote platform. This role emphasizes personal growth, leadership, and communication skills and requires involvement for a minimum of 12 hours per month.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience managing engineering teams through rapid change and will possess a strong desire to help others thrive in their careers. Ideal candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and are passionate about personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals.
• Experience leading teams through hypergrowth and organizational change.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or chat.
