Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years in a full-stack environment at a large-scale, growth-oriented company
• 4+ years managing Software Engineering teams
• Proven ability to lead and scale multiple engineering teams across concurrent workstreams
• Deep expertise in at least one OO language such as C# or Java with hands-on .NET experience
• Strong background deploying high-throughput, cloud-based systems (AWS)
• Experience with distributed systems and Kafka
