Job summary

Mento is seeking experienced senior leaders in coaching roles to support our members through personalized development. Coaches will provide 1:1 sessions, sharing expertise gained from years of industry experience and helping individuals grow both personally and professionally.

This fully remote position requires a minimum commitment of 12+ hours per month, plus participation in our certified coach training program. Ideal candidates are passionate about coaching and improving the workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing teams and coaching individuals.
• Experience in forward deployment or support engineering roles.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions.
• Participating in ongoing training sessions to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or app.
