• Communicates and updates status of investigations to managers and HRBPs.
• Analyzes HR investigations, employee relations and data trends to address risk and support integrity.
• Provides counsel to managers and HRBPs regarding employee relations issues and recommendations.
• Develops and delivers training to managers, employees and HRBPs.
• Coordinates with compliance and legal regarding employee discipline for investigations.
