Job summary

Gong is seeking a Partner Manager for our EMEA ecosystem to drive onboarding and ongoing success of implementation partners. You will align training, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning across product, support, and operations to empower partners to deliver exceptional implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage partner relationships across time zones and cultures, and help scale the program with measured KPIs and improved processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of partner management, implementation support, product ops, or a similar cross-functional SaaS role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Experience supporting partners or customers in the EMEA region.
• Proficiency with project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day‑to‑day liaison for partner questions, blockers, and requests during Gong implementations.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics such as access to systems, compliance sign‑offs, and IT provisioning.
• Support delivering partner welcome sessions and foundational training.
