Job summary

Gong.io is seeking an experienced Partner Operations Manager to support our EMEA implementation partner ecosystem. You will enable partner onboarding, coordinate across product, support, and operations, and drive scalable enablement programs to ensure successful implementations for customers.

In this role you will build strong partner relationships, track adoption, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in partner management, implementation support, product ops, or a similar cross‑functional SaaS role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
• Experience supporting partners or customers in the EMEA region.
• Proficiency with project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and set up new EMEA implementation partners with a seamless process.
• Be the day‑to‑day liaison for partner questions and requests during Gong implementations.
• Coordinate ongoing check-ins, feedback loops, and KPI tracking for partner programs.
• Collaborate with product, support, and operations to stay aligned on releases and enablement.
