Job summary

Design Build Search is seeking a Senior Electrical Pre-Construction Manager based in Ireland to lead planning, coordination and technical development of major electrical packages for data centre and mission-critical projects.

The role requires strong electrical engineering expertise, pre-construction experience and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to define scope and support delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in electrical engineering, design management, or pre-construction within data centres, industrial, or large MEP-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the electrical pre-construction process from concept stage through to finalised design.
• Provide technical & commercial input for bids and tenders.
• Provide electrical input into tender submissions, including scope breakdowns and technical commentary.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams across clients, consultants and internal groups.
• Act as the point of contact for electrical pre-construction discussions with clients and design teams.
