Job summary

NRL is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer based in Dublin to support large-scale data centre projects. This role focuses on electrical building services design, technical excellence, and leadership across project stages.

You will deliver detailed electrical designs, lead junior engineers, prepare tender documents, and manage budgets and progress reports on site, with occasional travel to project sites and clients in Europe.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered status advantageous).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer.
• Proven experience in electrical building services design within data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of ETCI, CIBSE, IEC, BS, IS and EN Standards.
• Leadership capability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects and project teams.
