Job summary

Design Build Search is seeking a Senior Electrical Pre-Construction Manager in Kildare to lead planning, coordination and technical development of major electrical packages for data centre and mission-critical projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical engineering expertise, pre-construction experience and the ability to collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to drive successful tendering and design development.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years' experience in electrical engineering or pre-construction.
• Experience with data centres or large MEP projects.
• Strong leadership and coordination with clients and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction Leadership: lead the pre-construction process from concept to design.
• Manage electrical pre-construction for major packages and tender input.
• Provide technical and commercial input for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
