Global Professional Consultants in Galway is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a team within a busy building services consultancy. You will manage electrical design across projects, ensure client care, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years' experience, proficiency in Amtech and Relux/Dialux, and BIM awareness. Excellent career progression and pension are on offer.

• BIM experience is advantageous.

Senior Electrical Engineer is needed to join a well-established and progressive engineering mechanical and electrical consultancy in their Galway office. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Electrical Engineer to lead a team of passionate and experienced engineers.

• Oversee quality control and manage project costs across all Electrical Engineering projects.

• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, training, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with other offices as needed.

Requirements

• The successful Electrical Engineer will have a degree qualification in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of Electrical Building Services Consultancy Design experience.
• Proficiency in Amtech, Relux/Dialux.
• Proven experience of delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.
• Excel at working on several projects simultaneously and show the ability to prioritise and plan work.
• Commercial sector knowledge/experience.
• Building Information Modelling (BIM) experience will be advantageous.
