Global Professional Consultants in Galway is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a team within a busy building services consultancy. You will manage electrical design across projects, ensure client care, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years' experience, proficiency in Amtech and Relux/Dialux, and BIM awareness. Excellent career progression and pension are on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Electrical Building Services consultancy design experience.
• Proficiency in Amtech, Relux/Dialux.
• Experience delivering detailed designs through the full design cycle.
• Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads.
• Commercial sector knowledge/experience.
• BIM experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Electrical Design on projects of all sizes.
• Oversee quality control and manage project costs across Electrical projects.
• Supervise project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to client sites for meetings, surveys, training, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with other offices as needed.
