Job summary

Hall Recruitment is seeking an experienced EHS Operations Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety performance within a major integrated facilities management operation supporting a global life sciences organisation. Dublin 15, with two direct reports and wide EHS oversight.

This senior role requires visible leadership, risk identification and proactive safety culture development across Irish operations. On-site, fully in Dublin, reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience in a regulated industrial or life sciences setting.
• Demonstrated leadership or people management capabilities.
• Experience across multiple EHS disciplines and sites would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership across a complex, regulated operation.
• Lead, coach and develop the EHS team and oversee KPIs.
• Develop and implement EHS programmes and priorities to improve safety culture.
